MyBudget is offering returning clients $0 Establishment Fee offer if they return to the service during the “Returning Client” promotional period.

By requesting that MyBudget provide you with the Returning Client Offer, you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
  • The Returning Client Offer is available to any person(s) who is a returning MyBudget client between 21 July 2025 and 24 August 2025, but is not a current MyBudget client.
  • You will be eligible to receive $0 Establishment Fee if:
    • You are a Previous MyBudget Client;
    • You complete an enquiry with a member of MyBudget’s New Enquiries team between 21 July 2025 and 24 August 2025 (the ‘Offer Period’); and
    • If your enquiry is not completed via a promotional link, you mention this offer during your call with the MyBudget New Enquiries team, your Personal Budgeting appointment or during the Welcome Call.

Definitions
  • “Establishment Fee” refers to the one-time upfront cost to join MyBudget.
  • “MyBudget” refers to MyBudget Pty Ltd ABN 82 093 118 597.
  • “MyBudget’s Eligibility Criteria” refers to the minimum requirements you must meet in order to be eligible for MyBudget’s Service.
  • “MyBudget’s Standard Fees” refers to MyBudget’s Establishment Fee (for establishing a budget), and MyBudget’s Administration Fee (for ongoing administration of a budget) as outlined in your Budget Plan. This explicitly excludes any applicable extra charges associated with MyBudget’s auxiliary services, such as Creditor Arrangements, Bankruptcy, Part IX Debt Agreements, or services from MyBudget Loans.
  • “Returning MyBudget Client” refers to an individual who has previously been a MyBudget client, and is not currently a MyBudget client.
  • “Promotion” refers to the Returning Client Promotion where, for a limited period of time, Returning MyBudget Clients may be eligible for $500 cashback at their 6-month anniversary.
  • “Promotion Period” is from 21 July 2025 to 24 August 2025.
  • “You/Your” refers to an individual who is interested in the Promotion.
