Our fees are not excessive. We are here to improve your financial position not make it worse. We have never had a MyBudget customer feel that they cannot afford them. There is an establishment fee, but you don’t have to pay it up front and we include it in your budget so you pay it over time as you can afford it. The establishment fee varies from client to client depending on how many new arrangements we have to make with your creditors.

MyBudget charges a small ongoing fee to manage your budget payments and plan. This varies from client to client. Again it’s all budgeted for and most of our clients say that our fees are less than the interest and late penalties they used to incur.

It is important to understand that your MyBudget plan is live and dynamic. The software we use to manage your finances took over four years to develop and “intelligently” prioritises your payments. If you have an emergency arise all you need to do is contact your account manager, let them know about it and this new expense will be instantly incorporated into your MyBudget plan and any adjustments to your payments occurs automatically.
