Customer Service Representative

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound customer calls
  • Respond to overnight voice messages
  • Complete daily reports
  • Enter mail and respond to client emails/web messages
  • Achieve greater than 80% customer satisfaction  

Person Specifics

New Enquiry Specialist

 

 

 

Summary:

This full time position of New Enquiry Specialist will assist potential clients with answering questions about MyBudget and its services.

You will be responsible for booking appointments for potential new clients, assist in confirming all appointments booked by all staff members and follow up and call potential clients that have not yet booked an appointment.

In most cases you are our client’s first point of contact, so you will need to be knowledgeable about the services offered by MyBudget.

The hours will be 8am through to 7.30pm Monday to Friday with shifts being varied with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for these areas:
• Taking incoming calls from clients
• Making outgoing follow-up calls to our potential new clients and enquires
• Organising, scheduling, confirming and booking appointments for the Personal Budgeting Consultants
• Representing the company in a professional, well informed manner
• Ensuring you meet set KPI’s
• Assisting with new client files to be set up
• General administration; filing, and improving systems


Qualifications and Skills requirements:
• Certificate III in Administration desirable
• Experience in dealing with telephone enquiries and incoming sales enquiries
• Excellent computing skills across Microsoft Suite
